Attention Commercial Fishermen – Your Input is Needed!
The Suffolk County Department of Economic Development & Planning in collaboration with New York Sea Grant, Cornell Cooperative Extension Marine Program, and the Long Island Commercial Fishing Association are working to develop an up-to-date profile of the Long Island commercial fishing industry. The profile will evaluate the needs of local fishermen and will characterize the harvesting and processing capacity of the industry, support businesses, and people engaged in this livelihood.
If you are a commercial fishermen, your participation would be GREATLY appreciated. The survey should take no longer than 15 minutes to complete. Please go to the link below..
